Section 19. Public Servant. The Nagaland Health Care Estts. Act, 1997

19. The Chairman and every member of the Authority and every officer or person exercising his functions on its behalf shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
