Section 5. Jurisdiction and Quorum The Nagaland Health Care Estts. Act, 1997

5. (i) The Jurisdiction of the Authority shall extend over the entire State of Nagaland.
(ii) The quorum of any meeting of the Authority shall be five including the Chairman.
