Section 12. Penalty for Practice of Homoeopathy by unauthorised person

12. Any person, who acts in contravention of Section 11 shall on conviction be punishable with fine which may extend to Rs. 1000/- (rupees One thousand) only for the first of fence and upto Rs. 3000/- (Rupees three thousand) only for every subsequent of fence.
