Section 19. Bar to suit other legal Proceeding.

19. 1. No suit or other legal proceedings shall be against the State Govt in respect of an Act done in exercise of the powers conferred by this Act. 2. No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie maintainable against the Board or any member or any officer or servant of the Board or of the Chairman or of any officer or servant of the Board in respect of any thing done under this Act. Lawfully and in good faith and with care and attention.
