Section 7. Appointment of the Registrar and Staff. The Nagaland Homeopathic Medicine Act, 1997

7. The first Board shall with the previous approval the Govt appoint a senior most Homoeopathic Medical Officer as a Registrar who shall be the Secretary to the Board and also appoint the Staff necessary for carrying out the purposes of the Act.
