Section 1. Short Title and Commencement THE NAGALAND INTERPRETATION AND GENERAL CLAUSES ACT 1978

1. (1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Interpretation and General Clauses Act, 1978.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of December 1963.
