Section 20. Act done on holidays THE NAGALAND INTERPRETATION AND GENERAL CLAUSES ACT 1978

20. Save as otherwise expressly provided by anactment, no act done by any authority whether such authority is judicial or executive shall be invalid by reason only of its having been done on a public holiday.
