Section 36. No licence needed by or any other carrier or by any other carier

36. Notwithstanding anything contained in this chapter, a railway administration as defined in the Indian Railway Act, 1890, or any other carrier need not obtain any licence for the import or transport if any petroleum in its capacity as a carrier.
