Section 61. Power to make rules.

61. (1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Chapter. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters namely:- (a) the place at which and the manner in which the substance of the notification may be published under Sub-section (3) of Section 50; (b) the time within which and the manner in which the amount of compensation may be deposited under Sub section (1) of Section 58; (c) any other matter which is required to be, or may be prescribed.
