Section 73. Bar of jurisdiction to try offences The Nagaland (Ownership & Transfer of Land and its Resources Act,1990

73. No court or other tribunal or other authority inferio in status to that of a Magistrate of the first Class shall try any offence punishable under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
