THE NAGALAND SALARIES,ALLOWANCES & OTHER FACILITIES OF THE C.M, OTHER MINISTERS, SPEAKER, LEADER OF OPPOSITION, DEPUTY SPEAKER, PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARIES AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE NAGALAND LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY & PENSIONS FOR EX-MEMBERS ACT, 2024

3. Salary, allowances and other facilities: 1. The Nagaland Salaries, Allowances and other facilities of the Chief Minister, Speaker, Deputy Chief Minister/Ministers, Leader of Opposition, Deputy Speaker and other Members of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly is shown in Schedule-I, II, III & IV 2. The State Government shall be responsible for making payment and providing facilities to the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister and Ministers in accordance with Schedule-I, II, III & IV and 3. The Assembly Secretariat shall be responsible for making payment and providing facilities to the Speaker, the Leader of Opposition, the Deputy Speaker and other Members of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly in accordance with Schedule -I, II, III & IV.
