37. Conflicts with International Charters and Statutes. (1) The National Sports Bodies shall primarily be guided by the International Charters and Statutes in the governance of its affairs. (2) In the event of any conflict between a provision of this Act and the International Charters and Statutes, the Central Government may, after consulting the Board and the concerned International Sports Body as may be deemed necessary, issue a clarificatory notification in this regard.
