Section 32. Protection of action taken in good faith. THE ODISHA APARTMENT (OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT) ACT, 2023

32. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Competent Authority or the Appellate Authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or the bye-laws made thereunder.
