Section 39. Repeal and savings.

39. (1) The Odisha Apartment (Ownership and Management) Ordinance, 2023 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal under sub-section (1), anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
