Section 5. Repeal and savings.

5. (1) The Balugaon Notified Area Council (Extension of Term of Office and Validation) Ordinance, 1988 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any notification issued) under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued under this Act.
