Section 15. The Vice-President and his power.

15. (1) A Member of the Society shall be nominated by the President to be the Vice-President of the University. (2) In absence of the President, the Vice-President shall perform all such functions and exercise all such powers of the President as mentioned in section 14. (3) In absence of the President, the Vice-President shall preside over the meetings of the Board of Governors, subject to provision of section 14. (4) Such other powers and responsibilities as may be conferred on him by the Act, the Statutes made there under and by the Board or by the President.
