Section 21. Authorities of the University.

21. The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (a) The Board of Governors; (b) The Academic Council; (c) The Managing Committee; (d) The Finance Committee; and (e) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
