Section 7. University not to be entitled to financial assistance.

7. The University shall be multi-disciplined, unitary, self-financed non-affiliating and shall not demand for any grant-in-aid or any other financial assistance from the State Government or any other Body or Corporation owned or controlled by the State Government.
