Section 9. Penalty for refusing or neglecting to comply with duties.

9. Penalty for refusing or neglecting to comply with duties. - Every able-bodied person who refuses or neglects to comply with the provisions of Section 5 without lawful excuse or who contravenes the provisions of Section 8 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
