Section 10. Investigation etc THE ODISHA CONDUCT OF EXAMINATIONS ACT, 1988

10. (1) An offence under this Act shall not be investigated by an officer below the rank of a Sub-Inspector of Police.
(2) All offences under this Act shall be cognizable and non-baliable.
