Section 21. Collector to take charge of ward's property.

21. Collector to take charge of ward's property.- When the Court has assumed the superintendence of the property of a ward, the Collector specified in the notification under Section 21 or if so directed by the Court, the Collector of the district in which any part of the property is situated shall take possession and custody of such property on behalf of the Court.
