Section 17. Bar of jurisdiction of Court. THE ODISHA DISPLACED PERSONS (REHABILITATION LOANS) ACT, 1955

17. Bar of jurisdiction of Court. - The decision of the State Government as to whether the conditions of this Act have been satisfied shall be final, and any order passed under this Act shall not be questioned in any Court of law.
