Section 15. The Vice-President and his powers.

15. (1) The Secretary of the Trust shall be the Vice-President of the University. (2) In absence of the President, the Vice-President shall perform all such functions and exercise all such powers of the President as specified in section 14. (3) In the absence of the President, the Vice-President shall preside over the meetings of Board of Governors. (4) The Vice-President of the University shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as delegated to him by the Board of Governors and conferred on him by the Act or the Statutes made thereunder.
