Section 21. Authorities of the University.

21. The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:─ (a) The Board of Governors; (b) The Board of Management; (c) The Academic Council; (d) The Board of Studies; (d) The Finance Committee; and (e) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
