Section 173. Amendment of certain Acts.

173. Save as otherwise provided in this Act,- (i) in the Odisha Municipal Corporation Act, 2003, sections 242 and 248 shall be omitted; and (ii) in the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950, clauses (e) and (f) of sub-section (1) of section 131 shall be omitted.
