Section 113. Samiti to act during disability of Grama Panchayat

113. Samiti to act during disability of Grama Panchayat :– When-ever in the opinion of the Collector a Grama Panchayat is unable to exercise its powers or discharge its duties or perform its functions in accordance with the provisions of this Act, or the rules made thereunder by reason of any judgment, decree or order of any Court the Collector may direct the Samiti to act on behalf of the Grama Panchayat for all or any of the pur-poses of this Act, so long as such disability continues and the Samiti shall, subject to such rules as may be made in that behalf, forthwith comply with the directions of the Collector.
