120. The State Government may, suo motu, at any time or on application received from any party interested within ninety days from the passing of the order review any order passed under Section 115, 116 or 117 it was passed 1[***] under any mistake, whether of fact or of law, or in igno-rance of any material fact: Provided that the State Government shall not pass any orders preju-dicial to any party unless such party has had an opportunity of making a representation.
