36. Appearance before the 1[Civil Judge (Junior Division)] :– Any appearance, application or act before the 1[Civil Judge (Junior Division)] may be made or done by the party in person or by a legal practitioner duly appointed to act on his behalf : Provided that it shall be open to the 1[Civil Judge (Junior Division)] to direct any party to appear in person, whenever he considers it neces-sary.
