Section 4. Appointment of Commissioner

1[4. Appointment of Commissioner :– The State Government may, by notification, appoint a person who professes the Hindu religion 2[and who is a member of the Odisha Superior Judicial Service, Senior Branch] to be the Commissioner of Endowments and he shall cease to hold Office as such when he ceases to processes that religion.
