67. Public Officer to furnish copies of or extracts from certain documents :– All Public Officers having custody of any record, register, report or other document relating to a Religious institution or any movable or immovable property thereof shall furnish such copies or extracts from the same as may be required by 1[the Commissioner], 2[the Deputy Commissioner] or an Assistant Commissioner.
