Section 72. Saving of established usage

1[72. Saving of established usage :– Notwith contained in this Act shall – (a) save as otherwise expressly provided in or under this Act, affect any honour, emolument or perquisite to which any person is entitled by custom or otherwise in any Religious institution or its established usage in regard to any other matter; or (b) authorise any interference with the Religious and spiritual functions of the head of a Math including those relating to imparting of Religious institution or the rendering of spiritual service.]
