Section 8-A. Delegation of Power by the Commissioner

1[8-A. Delegation of Power by the Commissioner :– The Commissioner may transfer any appeal filed before him to 1[the Deputy Commissioner] for hearing and disposal and any appeal so transferred and disposed of by 4[the Deputy Commissioner] shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been disposed of by the Commissioner.
