Section 12. Nodal Agency. The Odisha Land Rights to Slum Dwellers Act,2017
Act no. 10 of 2017 2017 In force Odisha (State Act)
12. The State Government or any officer or any Authority authorized by the State Government in this behalf shall be the Nodal Agency for the implementation of the provisions of this Act.
