Section 12. Finality of orders under sections 6, 8 and 9.

12. Every decision of the authorised officer under section 6, section 8 or section 9, granting or refusing to grant licence for a fishing vessel or cancelling, suspending, varying amending such licence or registering or cancelling the registration of a vessel shall, subject to any right of appeal under section 13, be final.
