Section 185. Transfer of ownership

185. Transfer of ownership :– When the ownership of any licensed carriage or cart is transferred within any period of licence, it shall be licensed a new within one month of the transfer in the name of the person to whom it has been transferred, and a fee not exceeding four annas shall be paid for every such last mentioned licence.
