200. Prohibition of building over water mains :– (1) Without the permission of the municipality no building, wall or other structure shall be newly erected and no road shall be constructed over any municipal water mains. (2) If any building, wall or other structure be so erected, or any road be so constructed, the municipality may cause the same to be removed, or otherwise dealt with, as shall appear to it fit, and the expenses thereby incurred shall be paid by the persons, offending.
