Section 251. Right of owners to require road to be declared public

251. Right of owners to require road to be declared public :– If any road has been levelled, paved, metalled, flagged, channelled, drained, conserved and lighted under the provisions of Section 250 such road shall, on requisition of not less than three-fourths of the owners thereof, be declared a public road.
