Section 260. Clearing of debris of fallen houses by occupiers

260. Clearing of debris of fallen houses by occupiers :– If any obstruction is caused in any road by the fall of trees, structures or fences, the owner or occupier of the premises concerned shall within twelve hours of the occurrence of such fall, or within such further period as the Executive Officer may by notice allow, clear the road of such obstruction.
