Section 270. Lapse of permission

270. Lapse of permission :– A permission given or deemed to have been given in respect or any construction or reconstruction under this Chapter shall be available for one year and after the expiry of the said period, such construction or reconstruction shall not be proceeded with, without a fresh application under Section 264.
