Section 307. Prohibition against sale on public roads

307. Prohibition against sale on public roads :– The Executive Officer may, with the sanction of the municipality, prohibit by public notice or licence or regulate, the sale or exposure for sale, of any animals or articles in or upon any public road or place or part thereof.
