Section 69. Decision of question and casting vote

69. Decision of question and casting vote :– (1) All question which may come before the Municipality or a Committee shall be decided by a majority of votes, save as is otherwise provided in this Act. (2) In case of equality of votes the President of the meeting shall have a seconder casting vote.
