Section 80. Government servants employed by municipality

80. Government servants employed by municipality :– The municipality shall not, without the assent of the State Government dispense with the service of any servant whose services are lent or transferred by the State Government to the municipality. Provided that the municipality may move the State Government to take such action as they deem necessary.
