Section 15. Officers of the University.

15. The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:- (a) the Vice-Chancellor; (b) the Registrar; (c ) the Finance Officer; (d) the Controller of Examinations; and (e) such other officers as may be prescribed by regulations.
