Section 23. Bar to prosecutions under this Act THE ODISHA NURSES & MIDWIVES REGISTRATION ACT, 1938

23. Bar to prosecutions under this Act :- No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on, complaint made with the previous sanction of the Council.
