1.Short title, extent and commencement. :- (1) This Act may be called the Orissa Cess Act, 1962. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Orissa. (3) This section shall come into force at once. The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force2 on such, date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
