Section 11. Saving of prosecutions under other laws. THE ORISSA DRAMATIC PERFORMANCES ACT, 1962

11. Saving of prosecutions under other laws.- Where no order under section 3 or section 4 has been made in respect of any performance, nothing in this Act shall bar a prosecution under the Indian Penal Code or under any other law.
