Section 7. Power to appoint Committees

7. For the purpose of advising the Board in the discharge of its functions and in particular for carrying into effect any of the matters specified in sub-section (3) of Section12, the Board may constitute one or more Committees consisting of at least one member of the Board and equal number of representative of employees and employers.
