The Orissa Medical Education Service (Appointment of Junior Teachers Validation) Act, 1993

2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires (a) “Assistant Surgeons” means the Assistant Surgeons appointed to the Orissa Medical Service; (b) “Junior Teachers” means the Junior Teachers appointed to the Junior Teaching posts of the Service; (c) “Recruitment Rules” mean the Orissa Medical Education Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1979; (d) “Service” means the Orissa Medical Education Service; and (e) “Year” means the calendar year.
