Section 13. Repeal and savings.

13. (1) The Orissa Requisitioning of Omnibuses Ordinance, 1983 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done, any action taken or any notification or order issued shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued under this Act.
