Section 106. Supplementary estimates

106 - Supplementary estimates :- (1) The Planning authority may, at any time during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared and laid before them at a special meeting. (2) The provisions of Sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 101 and Sections 102 to 104 shall apply to every supplementary estimate.
